About Jason Pardo

Jason Pardo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing has over 10 years of experience in global sales, marketing and distribution of medical software and device systems. As GM of Consult-PRO he worked alongside key opinion leaders to conceptualize the latest dental implant procedures and techniques into 3D form for distribution to colleagues and patients in over 20 languages in over 30 countries. Jason co-founded a dental milling and supply business and a marketing consultancy with national and international accounts. He sits on the advisory boards of dental manufacturing and medical software startups. Jason’s Masters of Education studies focused on multimedia learning and cognition and he believes in employing integrated, interactive learning systems to dramatically improve performance in any training environment or clinical setting, including the operating theater.

About Dr. Arish Qazi

Dr. Arish Qazi
, our Head of Software Research and Development for Navident has more than 15 years of industry experience performing medical image analysis and processing research and development both at private companies, as well as in hospital settings. He has conducted pioneering algorithm development work primarily in the context of image registration and image segmentation, and has experience with novel image-guided systems. His experience includes working with different imaging modalities, such as magnetic resonance (MR), computed tomography (CT), and cone-beam CT imaging and is credited as inventor/co-inventor of 10 patents (either issued or pending) and has authored over 25 peer reviewed publications.

Dr. Qazi has a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Medical Imaging) jointly carried out at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and Harvard University, USA.

About Dr. Ido Bermanis

Dr. Ido Bermanisour Director of Clinical Affairs, has a broad perspective on the industry gained from his 13 years as a practicing dentist,  obtaining a Master’s degree in Bio-Medical Sciences and starting his career as a Lab Technician. His research thesis focused on development of an innovative CT-based, 3D biomechanical model of the human mandible, designed for biomechanical-orthodontic research. This interest in dental technology research and it’s clinical application has led Dr. Bermanis to design and teach training programs on advanced digital dental systems including CAD CAM software,
3D scanners and dental mills.

About Tom Tilmans

Tom Tilmans
, has over 10 years experience in product launch, channel management and serving end-customers in the dental / medical field.  Tom has a special interest in digital dental technologies, predictable implant placement and restoration. He has been involved with Cone Beam CT technology, implant planning and guided implantology since 2006 and has performed international lectures about the process.  Tom has held multiple positions across Materialise Dental / Dentsply Implants before joining ClaroNav.  In his sales director responsibilities, he identifies key distribution partners and is responsible for the sales representation across the EMEA region.

Tom has a Master in Applied Economics from Hasselt University (Belgium) and carries several postgraduate degrees.

About Ahmad Kolahi

Ahmad Kolahi, CEO at ClaroNav Kolahi Inc. (Subsidiary of ClaroNav Inc.), which is focused on developing the NaviENT product, a cranial surgical navigation system intended to guide sinus and trans-nasal skull base endoscopic surgery.

Ahmad has over 10 years experiencing in developing optical tracking systems and Image guided surgical navigation systems. He led the development of a new generation of the MicronTracker since 2007. It is the smallest and lightest real time stereovision tracking system with over 500 installed bases worldwide. In 2010 he led development of image guided surgical navigation systems for OEMs with thousands of surgery conducted every year.

Luca Casalena
 is passionate about innovation applied to healthcare. He has contributed to launch new technologies applied to dentistry such as laser, computer guided implantology, and new CAD CAM prosthetic materials. He graduated “summa cum laude” in economics at La Sapienza di Roma University in 1988 and post graduated at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, in 1998, where he received a Master in Business Administration. He has gained significant experiences in sales and marketing at corporations both in Italy and abroad.

About Darrell Cook

Darrell Cook, our National Account Manager for Canada, is an Electronics Engineering Technologist with over 20 years of experience in customer service, product launch, distribution management as well as marketing and sales in highly technical environments. He has managed business opportunities throughout North America including supervising multi-state territories in the U.S. Darrell has worked with dental implant manufacturers, partnering with clinical specialists, general practitioners, dental laboratories and their staff. He has received training on advanced regenerative and restorative techniques. His experience has included educating clients on system protocols as well as clinical and operatory support to improve the level of dental implant therapy offered to a doctor’s patients using the latest digital technologies.

About Edie Gibson

Edie Gibson RDH, MS, PhDc, Sr. Director of Clinical Education and Training, is a charismatic, knowledge-wealthy educator that brings over 30 years of diverse, hands-on clinical and business expertise in implant dentistry to the ClaroNav team. She began her career in implant dentistry managing a multi-practitioner implant practice in NYC and as the Executive Director of the Association of Dental Implant Auxiliaries (ICOI/ADIA). She went on to create her own training company, EGibson Consulting, as a vehicle to reach the dental implant arena with science-based programs and is an award winning, internationally acclaimed speaker and trainer. She is passionate about elevating dental teams on the latest, cutting-edge implant technologies through her motivational training programs.

Edie holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, two dental hygiene degrees, and is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is also pursuing her PhD in her spare time.

About Beth Budreau

Bethany Budreau, Sr. Director of Professional Education and Training brings a career of experi-ence specific to professional education and training in the dental surgical industry. As the Found-er and President of D.I.E.M Group, Beth has provided strategic educational services to support expansion into the US for international dental companies as well as established US corporations by utilizing her industry knowledge and KOL relationships. Beth served as the Global Director of Professional Education at Biomet 3i where she supported product launches, procedural adoption, developed curriculum for over 600 CE programs annually as well as maintaining over 300 global KOL relationships. She executed highly successful Global Symposi-ums with over 2000 attendees and 20 speaker and expanding the Strategic Training Partners program globally. Beth is also responsible for building one of the largest online dental education
communities from inception by leveraging her knowledge of dental industry trends and industry relationship. Her experience in the field of surgical navigation goes back to her role as Filed Manager for one of the first surgical navigation companies for the placement of dental implants.

Beth holds a RDH degree, a BS is Biology and maintains several certifications including Dental Radiology and AdvaMed Compliance
