Claudio Gatti is a medical technology entrepreneur with a long experience in the industry. He is a hands-on executive, that combines a deep understanding of technology with market and clinical insight. He has envisioned, designed, and led the implementation of several widely used distributed image management systems in the medical imaging space over the years, including Philips Brilliance Portal, IBM/Merge EyeCare PACS, and Nikon OptosAdvance. Mr. Gatti served as CEO of Claron Technology Inc, a predecessor to the Company, from the founding in 2001 up to the sale of the Enterprise division to Lexmark in 2015. After the sale, Mr. Gatti joined Lexmark, as Chief Technology Officer, Visualization. Mr. Gatti rejoined ClaroNav as Co-CEO in 2018 after completing the successful integration of the Claron Technology division in Lexmark. Prior to that Mr. Gatti was VP of R&D at Withinsight Inc. in 2000. Before becoming an executive, Mr. Gatti held senior technical roles at multiple companies including as Rendering Engineer at Alias Wavefront, Software Architect at Cedara Software Corp.

Raj Kailasanathan is a finance professional with more than 25 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, strategic planning and financial growth with an emphasis on technology and high growth companies in Asia and North America. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Kailasanathan has served in executive positions for several companies in the medtech, pharmatech and fintech sectors. Mr. Kailasanathan was the Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance at Relay Medical Corp. From March 2018 to November 2019, Chief Financial Officer of Talking Touch Technologies from October 2018 to June 2019, when it was acquired, and Chief Financial Officer at Kangaroo Group from May 2015 to October 2018, when it was acquired.
At Claronav, Mr. Kailasanathan plays a crucial role in the accounting and finance, management and strategy of financial operations. Raj is committed and passionate about maximizing long-term shareholder value, entrepreneurism, innovation, growth initiatives, and maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
Mr. Kailasanathan is a qualified CPA, CMA (Canada) and CGMA, ACMA (U.K.) and obtained his diploma from Hindu College, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Ahmad has over 15 years’ experience in development, regulatory clearance, sales and marketing of surgical navigation systems. He started his career as a software developer focusing on developing stereo vision tracking device and extended it to developing software and hardware for surgical navigation systems. From 2010 to 2013 Ahmad worked with OEMs to develop navigation systems for ENT and neurosurgery. Since 2013, Ahmad has focused on developing Navient surgical navigation systems and obtaining regulatory approval for Navient in the U.S., Europe, China, Korea, Brazil, among other jurisdictions. Ahmad has attended hundreds of ENT and Neuro surgeries world-wide and gained clinical experience essential for the Navient product development.
Ahmad is the CEO of CKI leading all aspects of Navient product development since 2016, including building a global network of distributors.
Ahmad has a Math-Science background and graduated with master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on Robotics and Control Systems. Ahmad is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario.

Jason Pardo is a medical device and software executive with 20 years of experience leading global teams as Vice President, GM and now President. Jason has fostered strategic working and personal relationships with key opinion leaders, local clinicians, small businesses and corporate enterprises. Combining this experience with a BSc(H) and a M.Ed. in technology graduate degree, Jason brings a deep understanding of the latest advances in dental science, education and technology to his business partnerships. Working with talented biomedical engineers and clinical teams to see a project from in-lab idea to in-clinic product is both a passion and a privilege.
Director of Sales & Marketing EMEA
Tom Tilmans, has over 10 years experience in product launch, channel management and serving end-customers in the dental / medical field. Tom has a special interest in digital dental technologies, predictable implant placement and restoration. He has been involved with Cone Beam CT technology, implant planning and guided implantology since 2006 and has performed international lectures about the process. Tom has held multiple positions across Materialise Dental / Dentsply Implants before joining ClaroNav. In his sales director responsibilities, he identifies key distribution partners and is responsible for the sales representation across the EMEA region.
Tom has a Master in Applied Economics from Hasselt University (Belgium) and carries several postgraduate degrees.

Luca Casalena is passionate about innovation applied to healthcare. He has contributed to launch new technologies applied to dentistry such as laser, computer guided implantology, and new CAD CAM prosthetic materials. He graduated “summa cum laude” in economics at La Sapienza di Roma University in 1988 and post graduated at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona, in 1998, where he received a Master in Business Administration. He has gained significant experiences in sales and marketing at corporations both in Italy and abroad.

Erik has 15 years of experience as a sales manager focusing on the implementation of different dental products and training of dental sales territory representatives.The range of business covers categories including dental implants, regenerative dental materials, and equipment for digital dental solutions. Experienced in collaboration and assisting various dental implant hands-on courses in both private or institution settings.
Director of Clinical Affairs
Dr. Bermanis received his DMD from the Hebrew University – Hadassah School of Dental Medicine in 1999. He also holds Masters Degree in Clinical and Translational Sciences, obtained from the Faculty of Medicine in Tel-Aviv University. His research thesis focused on the development of an innovative CT-based 3D biomechanical model, designed for biomecanical-orthodontic analysis. Dr. Bermanis practiced dentistry for 13 years before joining Claronav in 2014, and has held the position of Clinical Director for Navident since 2017.
As Clinical Director, Dr. Bermanis serves as the dental clinician in charge of consulting and supporting the development processes from the clinical and usability perspectives, as well as linking between clinicians and Navident’s technical developers. As Navident’s chief trainer, Dr. Bermanis develops Navident’s training curriculum and materials, and qualifies Navident’s trainers.

Bethany Budreau, brings a career of experience specific to professional education and training in the dental surgical industry. As the Founder and President of D.I.E.M Group, Beth has provided strategic educational services to support expansion into the US for international dental companies as well as established US corporations by utilizing her industry knowledge and KOL relationships. Beth served as the Global Director of Professional Education at Biomet 3i where she supported product launches, procedural adoption, developed curriculum for over 600 CE programs annually as well as maintaining over 300 global KOL relationships. She executed highly successful Global Symposiums with over 2000 attendees and 20 speakers and expanding the Strategic Training Partners program globally. Beth is also responsible for building one of the largest online dental education communities from inception by leveraging her knowledge of dental industry trends and industry relationship. Her experience in the field of surgical navigation goes back to her role as Filed Manager for one of the first surgical navigation companies for the placement of dental implants.
Beth holds a RDH degree, a BS is Biology and maintains several certifications including Dental Radiology and AdvaMed Compliance as well as being Advisor and board member AAOI.

Darrell Cook, is an Electronics Engineering Technologist with over 20 years of experience in customer service, product launch, distribution management as well as marketing and sales in highly technical environments. He has managed business opportunities throughout North America including supervising multi-state territories in the U.S. Darrell has worked with dental implant manufacturers, partnering with clinical specialists, general practitioners, dental laboratories and their staff. He has received training on advanced regenerative and restorative techniques. His experience has included educating clients on system protocols as well as clinical and operatory support to improve the level of dental implant therapy offered to a doctor’s patients using the latest digital technologies.

Nima is a Technology enthusiast with a product management mindset. He has more than 10 years of experience in managing software, manufacturing and service/Maintenance projects in IT, Medical and mobile telecommunication industries.
He performed research and development in AI field with focus on Machine learning, Multiagent systems, and computer vision (Place categorization, Object detection and recognition…)
At ClaroNav (and Claron Technology) Nima has gained knowledge and experience in manufacturing and development of Medical devices, their regulatory, and quality requirements as well as a deep understanding of Claronav’s unique Computer Vision technology. He has developed the company’s structure and workflows for production, customer support (for the Medical products), and IT. He currently leads Operations activities and teams.
Nima has a bachelor’s degree in software engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, as well as master’s degree in Robotics and intelligence systems with a focus in Computer Vision from Örebro University in Sweden.

Iris has over 20 years of experience in product development and quality assurance. She has successfully launched many new technologies, for the last 7 years focusing on the medical industry. Iris is responsible for quality assurance during each of the product development phases including design, software testing, production, and customer support. She is the ISO13485 ISO:2016 audit leader and responsible for internal and external company audits.
Iris holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Principal Software Architect
Dr. Ingmar Bitter earned a PhD in Computer Science in the USA and in Germany the equivalent of a Bachelor in Physics with Minor in Chemistry. For 8 years he focused on research resulting in 40 scientific publications and 10 patents, both revolving around scientific volume rendering software and hardware as well as 3D image analysis and computer aided detection of colon polyps. And for 16 years he focused on the medical imaging industry resulting in the first FDA approved Virtual Colonoscopy system, and becoming the Software Architect and Manager for the rapid application development platform WIF used to build medical analysis applications and surgical guidance systems as well as phone and tablet access to medical images. At ClaroNav he is a Principal Software Architect responsible for improving the automatic dental CT image analysis in order to further streamline the Navident application workflow.
Head of Software Research and Development for Navident
Dr. Arish Qazi, has more than 15 years of industry experience performing medical image analysis and processing research and development both at private companies, as well as in hospital settings. He has conducted pioneering algorithm development work primarily in the context of image registration and image segmentation, and has experience with novel image-guided systems. His experience includes working with different imaging modalities, such as magnetic resonance (MR), computed tomography (CT), and cone-beam CT imaging and is credited as inventor/co-inventor of 12 granted patents, and has authored over 25 peer reviewed publications.
Dr. Qazi has a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Medical Imaging) jointly carried out at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and Harvard University, USA.

Hamza has more than 15 years of clinical experience in global Neurosurgical and Spine Image Guided Products launch, marketing, distribution channel management and serving end-customers. Contributing to the development of Navient technologies and expansion throughout Global markets. His experience has included educating clients on system protocols as well as clinical and operatory support to improve the level of surgical therapy offered to end-users.
Hamza serves as OR specialist in charge of consulting and supporting the Surgical Stereotactic, Neurophysiology and Image Guided Surgeries for more than 2500 procedures as well as linking between clinicians and Navient’s technical developers.
Hamza has a Bio-Medical Engineering background and is leading clinical developments of Navient product since 2019, including building a global support channel.

Karen is a RAPS certified regulatory professional with over 17 years of experience in regulatory affairs and quality compliance in the medical devices industry. Prior to joining ClaroNav Kolahi, Karen has held various leadership roles focusing on regulatory submissions and strategic planning across international jurisdictions.
Karen is a certified QMS auditor via Exemplar Global-BSI, and has a HonB.S from the University of Toronto in Biology, and a M.S. from Johns Hopkins University in Regulatory Science.
